It’s not too late to file for FY 2014 H-1B

USCIS announced the cap on H-1B petitions for FY 2014 is 85,000. USCIS will receive petitions under the “five-business-day” filing rule that ends on April 5, 2013 OR until it determines it has received more than the maximum allowed under the H-1B cap quota. USCIS will monitor the petitions received and notify the public when the cap is met. Of course, the safest course of action is to file all H-1B petitions on the first available date which is Monday, April 1 but it’s not too late to submit your LCA application by this Friday, March 29. Time is running out; call us today at 972-385-7900.
