WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

You may be eligible to be classified as a EB-4 Special Immigrant if you are a:

Religious Worker; Primarily Ministers

WHO CAN SELF-PETITION

Generally, to petition for an employment-based fourth preference special immigrant, your employer must file a Form I‑360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant on your behalf. However, there are certain situations where you, the employee, may self-petition or petition on your own behalf. Please review the form and form instructions to see if you are eligible to self petition and what required supporting evidence needs to be included.

HOW TO APPLY

To begin the EB-4 Visa petition process, your employer (or you, if a self-petitioner) must:

Complete the Form I-360 Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant: Review the form instructions for directions on completing the Form I-360 and the relevant supplements.

Submit the Filing Fee(s): Include the appropriate filing fee with the Form I-360 and biometric services fee (if applicable). Fees are accepted in the form of money order, personal check or cashier’s check only. Refer to the Form I-360 instructions for further details.

Submit Evidence: Include all required initial evidence and supporting documentation for the Form I-360.

Sign and File the Form I-360: File the petition at the correct filing location according to form instructions.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY

Once USCIS receives your Form I-360, we will process your application and then you will receive:

A receipt notice for your I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant,

A biometric services appointment notice, and a written notice of EB-4 Visa decision.
