As we anxiously await the actual orders and rules from the President, keep in mind nothing has been finalized and there is nothing to apply for right now. That could obviously change any day, but realistically it will be 90 days or so before we really have a chance to evaluate what new rules mean and who may qualify.
Some attorneys are asking people to actually sign contracts to apply for these “benefits” but since no one knows what they are, who will qualify and how to apply, paying anyone at this time is possibly just a waste of money. So, let’s wait until we actually see the Executive Orders before we take any action.
